What should you bring along?

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst, with a focus on EWM and Logistics processes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP EWM and MM modules, including warehouse management, transportation management, yard management, procurement, inventory management, and quality management.
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into detailed EWM and MM design specifications and configurations.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring functional leads.
  • Strong understanding of the company's long-term strategic goals and the ability to align solutions accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM and MM solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering EWM and Logistics-focused projects using agile methodologies.
  • Experience in integrating EWM with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and TM, to streamline end-to-end logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies, such as warehouse management systems, material handling equipment, and IoT devices.
  • Exposure to industry-specific best practices and trends in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and creating comprehensive design documents.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring functional teams.

Must have technical skill

  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of SAP EWM modules, including warehouse management, transportation management, and yard management.
  • Possess a strong understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM) modules, including procurement, inventory management, and quality management.
  • Utilize agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban, to facilitate efficient and iterative delivery of solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documents, including functional specifications, process flows, and technical designs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to functional leads, helping them to understand and leverage EWM and MM capabilities.
  • Serve as a communicator and facilitator between different levels of the organization, including executives, IT, and business users.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

EWM Knowledge:

  • Collaborate with the MM team to align business requirements and design solutions.

Agile Tools Utilization:

  • Utilize agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban, to facilitate efficient and iterative delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and change management, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Design Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive design documents, including functional specifications, process flows, and technical designs.
  • Recommend innovative solutions and best practices to enhance the company's logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure that design documents are aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals.

Functional Lead Steering:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to functional leads, helping them to understand and leverage EWM and MM capabilities.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to prioritize and address business requirements.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training to build a strong team of logistics and warehouse experts.
